How we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in line with UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act.
The full GDPR Articles 13 / 14 policy is published as part of Phase 5 (legal hardening) of this site rebuild. It will cover the data we collect (forms, analytics, reservations), the lawful basis for each processing activity, retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact our Data Protection lead.
