Our dining room at 19A Charing Cross Road is open from noon until midnight, seven days a week. That leaves room for a late dinner after work, or a proper supper once the curtain comes down.
We are a minute from Leicester Square tube, with the theatres of Charing Cross Road, St Martin's Lane and Shaftesbury Avenue a short walk away, and Chinatown and Covent Garden close by. Tell us your show when you book and we will have your table ready when you arrive.
It is the same kitchen that has served the West End since 1960: Punjabi tandoor, Mughlai slow braises and the quiet precision that defines the Maharaja standard. Take a look at the menu, or eat earlier with our pre-theatre menu.

How late are you open?
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from noon until midnight, at 19A Charing Cross Road, a minute from Leicester Square tube.
Can I book a table late in the evening?
Yes. Book through the Book a Table button and pick a later time, or call us on 020 3091 3500. If you are coming from a show and may run late, tell us your curtain time when you book and we will hold your table.
Is the full menu served in the evening?
Yes. Our à la carte menu runs through the evening: the same Punjabi tandoor, Mughlai braises and North Indian cooking we have served the West End since 1960. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are ready too. Tell us any allergies when you book.
Are you good for post-theatre dinner?
Yes. We are on Charing Cross Road, a short walk from the theatres around Leicester Square, St Martin's Lane and Shaftesbury Avenue, so when the curtain comes down there is still time for a proper dinner before we close at midnight.
Do you take walk-ins late?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but evenings after the shows get busy, so booking ahead is the safest way to get a late table.
